Important Instructions

After purchasing any item from Computer Gallery, if you notice any issue or problem, do NOT attempt to repair, open, or tamper with the product. Doing so may cause further damage and will automatically void your return eligibility.

Instead, carefully pack the item exactly as you received it, including:

• Original carton/box
• All accessories (charger, cables, manuals, etc.)
• Protective packaging

Then contact us immediately to arrange a return.

Return Conditions

• Item must be returned within 48 hours – 3 days after delivery
• Item must be in original condition (no physical damage)
• All accessories and packaging must be included
• No software tampering or hardware modifications allowed

Non-Returnable Situations

• Items that have been opened, repaired, or altered by the customer
• Physical damage caused after delivery
• Missing accessories or damaged packaging
• Wrong handling, misuse, or negligence

Inspection Process

All returned items will be inspected by our team. If the product meets the return conditions, we will proceed with:

• Replacement (if available), or
• Repair (if applicable), or
• Refund (based on agreement)

If the item does not meet our return policy, it will be sent back to the customer.
